Equib Manager helps you manage your Equib members, contributions, rounds, payments, and records in one organized workspace. This policy explains what information we handle and how we protect it.

When you set up a workspace, we collect the information needed to prepare it for you — such as your Equib's name, member names, and contact details. When you use the workspace, the records you manage (members, contributions, payments, rounds) belong to your organization and are used only to provide the service.

• To prepare, configure, and maintain your workspace.
• To provide member, contribution, payment, and round management features.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To improve the product and keep it secure.

The current demo version of the workspace runs entirely in your browser: workspace data is stored in your device's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data will remove the demo workspace from that device.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers we rely on to operate the platform, and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
