Equib Manager provides a digital workspace for managing Equib members, contributions, rounds, payments, and records. By using the service you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace and for using it in accordance with applicable law. Workspace data belongs to your organization; you grant us the limited right to process it to provide and maintain the service.

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to access another organization's workspace.
• Do not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
• Keep your Workspace Key confidential and do not share it.

Equib Manager is a record-keeping and management tool. It does not hold or move money on your behalf, and it is not a bank or licensed financial institution. Payment verification reflects records you and your members confirm; Equib Manager is not responsible for the actual collection or distribution of funds.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms.
